What you are going to do

  • You solve complex 2nd and 3rd line ICT issues and offer structural solutions.
  • You take ownership of technical challenges and continuously improve ICT processes.
  • You mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge to help the team grow.
  • You work on ICT and telecom projects and build a scalable, robust infrastructure.
  • You stay up to date with the latest technologies and obtain relevant certifications.
  • You communicate proactively, smoothly and professionally with customers and colleagues for efficient cooperation.

A VoIP telephony and IT partner with 15 years of experience and more than 1,200 customers in Belgium.

By calling on our services, your company can count on your telephony and IT environment being in order at all times. We are always responsible for the necessary security updates, proactive management and support.

In addition, we perform the necessary configuration updates, backup follow-up and all kinds of other crucial telephony and IT tasks. This way, you are guaranteed a well-secured and always available company.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Experienced & solution-oriented – Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure.
  • Technically strong – In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networks, firewalls, NAS, virtualization, security & telecommunications (3CX).
  • Analytical & Strategic – You see the bigger picture and know how IT helps a business move forward.
  • Mentor & Leader – You help junior engineers grow and take the team to the next level.
  • Ownership & drive – You don’t wait for problems, you prevent them.
  • Communicative – You translate technical problems into clear solutions for customers.
