YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As a System engineer you are responsible for the design, implementation and management of complex IT systems and infrastructures. You work closely with other technical teams and customers to ensure that our systems function reliably, securely and efficiently.

Job requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures and systems. • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues. • Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to define and resolve system requirements. • Monitor system performance and proactively manage issues. • Manage backup and recovery procedures. • Document systems, processes, and procedures. • Stay current with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-related field. Experience is valued equally. • You have gained several years of relevant experience. Ideally, you have at least three years of experience in a similar position, but we are open to your insights. • Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux and MacOS. • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems (SAN/NAS), backup systems and monitoring of IT data center infrastructure. • Knowledge of Active directory (design, build). • Experience with endpoint security, patch management, vulnerability management. • Knowledge of network protocols and security practices. • Experience with Cloud system integration such as AWS, Azure, … is a plus. • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
