Job description

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Working at the support desk.

  • Troubleshooting computers and laptops.
  • Remotely log in to customer’s computer to view problem.
  • Look up problems in our own knowledge database, via the supplier’s website or via other websites.
  • Creating new users in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Adjusting user rights.

About Us

We started in 2003 by Jacco Komijn and Roel Beekman. At the start, a private equity firm was used. Roel Beekman and the private equity firm were bought out in 2007. In 2008, the small automation company Interplaza was acquired, which maintained servers in data centers. These activities were fully incorporated into us later that year. In 2010, we acquired NedPC, which provided ICT services in the Avenhorn area.

Originally, we are a broader seller of ICT products through various channels. Due to the development of the market, we have focused entirely on delivering products in the B2B market in combination with a complete package of support and implementation services. That market is constantly changing in this sector and product developments and changes in needs mean that an ICT supplier like us must be able to adapt quickly. We are a lean and young organization and we have the flexibility to grow with it.

Job requirements

WHAT EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE DO WE REQUIRE?

  • More than average interest in ICT, Windows and computer equipment.
  • ICT training is not necessary. Experience with computers, components, Microsoft Office, wifi, small networks.
  • Able to look up technical things online independently.
  • Able to explore and learn new things.
  • Speaking and typing in Dutch language

WHAT DO WE OFFER? First of all, we offer a fun and flexible team to work with! We offer challenging and meaningful work, where you can really make a difference for the customer. You will get your own customer base where you are responsible for the ICT environment of those companies.

You will work in a company where the lines are short and personal. In addition, there is room for (further) development and we have an annual budget for you to spend to obtain certifications. Your colleagues are prepared to go the extra mile for each other. There is a lot of room for your own input.

We offer a one-year contract followed by a permanent contract for 40 hours per week. Your salary is in line with the market. In addition, we have good employment conditions; you build up 8% holiday allowance, full travel allowance, there are various possibilities for fiscal exchange, such as purchasing a bicycle or company car.

Also very convenient: you can park for free in front of the door.

We have an enthusiastic small-scale team and regularly do activities such as paintball, eating out, laser games, barbecue and more. Of course, you and a friend and/or your partner are also welcome at the events we are involved in. Even if you are not going to work at the festival that day, we would like to invite you – if this fits in with your music preference – to experience the event as a visitor.
