IT ENGINEER (HAARLEM, ALMERE AND/OR ALKMAAR) We are looking for someone with a passion for IT, who is eager to work with the latest technical solutions. You have a broad technical knowledge, especially of the Microsoft Windows platform. You feel responsible for your work, colleagues and customers.
You want to understand issues first and then solve them. You know that everything revolves around our customers and you realize that communication skills are essential. You will be involved in solving 3rd line incidents, especially in the server area. You will assist colleagues from the 2nd line and help with migrations and other projects. Such as rolling out WiFi solutions or implementing VoIP solutions.
What tools do we use?
We manage thousands of components such as servers, workstations, switches and firewalls. Reason why we prefer to automate recurring tasks that are part of normal IT management. In addition to using existing RMM tools such as Kaseya and RDM, we work with an in-house developed state of the art CMDB that contains and monitors all components managed by us.
We also work within various portals such as M365, Azure, SUM (Sophos Unified Management), Sophos Central, Bitdefender Gravity Zone, VEEAM Service Provider Console, Unifi Portal and RoutIT.
