Job Description
Job description
In the Support department, you are the point of contact for customers who have questions about our self-developed (yes, we are proud of that) Management System in a small but growing team. You are the eyes and ears of the organization. With your enthusiasm and knowledge of our software, you effortlessly turn a partner’s “urghh it doesn’t work” mood into a “what a nice and helpful club that is” mood. And if you don’t know the answer one time, no worries, a team of experienced programmers is ready to help you or take over the issue from you.
In addition to pampering our customers, you are responsible for testing the software, you have contact with the programmers, project managers, marketers and there are continuous improvement projects to which you can contribute. You do all this with the knowledge you have gained during your education, or simply because you have a sensible and customer-friendly head on your shoulders. We don’t care.
About Us
We are problem solvers, simplifiers and improvers. In our eyes, a professional company is not a place where everyone walks around with pointy shoes (or shoes at all) and where there is never a joke, but a place where quality is consistently delivered. And that is precisely our specialty. For more than twenty years, we have been making the lives of quality managers easier and organizations more professional.
We do our work with a no-nonsense approach, because we don’t like unnecessary formality. Just say it like it is, then you know what you have in common. We think it is important that you can be completely yourself and feel comfortable within our team. Does this story make you enthusiastic? Then click on the apply button above very quickly!
