As a second-line remote support employee, you are part of our support team and are responsible for solving complex IT problems for our customers. You provide remote technical support and ensure that the customer can get back to work as quickly as possible. We stand for quality, speed and customer satisfaction, which is why we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated support employee who shares these values.
We work with small management teams, also called customer teams. Each customer is linked to a specific team, so that there is always a fixed point of contact for technical issues and challenges. Currently we have a first-line support team that is responsible for correctly registering support tickets and solving problems immediately if possible. If the problem is more complex, it is forwarded to the management team of the customer in question.

Job requirements
Job requirements:
- HBO work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in ICT support or management
- Various Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Windows Server)
- Sufficient knowledge of networks (VLANs, DNS, routing, port forwards)
- Experience in supporting multiple businesses (MSP)
