Job Description

Job description

What are you going to do?

As a Data Management Consultant, you ensure that our clients can work more data-driven on a daily basis. From a business perspective, you support our clients in a practical way on all facets of data management; from data strategy to data quality and from data architecture to data governance. As a Data Management Consultant, you are an expert and advisor in all areas of data management and you act as the link between different data management domains and in the triangle of business, IT and data.

You will work with our own developed Data Maturity Scan and together with your colleagues you will draw up a data strategy and roadmap for our customers. Depending on your experience, you will work under the supervision of a senior consultant on challenging assignments that vary from performing a data maturity scan to writing a data management roadmap or implementing the roadmap. You will guide & coach our customers in their development in the field of data management. You will develop data governance frameworks, processes and/or plans, have close contact with stakeholders and work on concrete data management issues of our customers:

About Us

We know our people. Not just by name. We know their interests and passions. What drives and occupies them, professionally and privately. Our culture is informal, everything is negotiable. Both professional and personal goals and how to achieve them. We invest energy, time and money in personal development and mutual relationships. Doing business together, that is our starting point. And every colleague expresses this in his or her unique way.

We are convinced that more value can be gained from the data that is present in a company. We use all our knowledge, experience and passion for this. For fifteen years now. Our mission is to create value by gaining and maintaining control over data.

We advise and support based on one important principle: Return on involvement (ROI). Loosely translated, this means: by giving involvement, you get involvement back. For us, this means that we are not only concerned with our colleagues, clients or the world around us.

You create involvement by sharing. Sharing knowledge, network, income and success. We are not alone in the world and take our responsibility. Not only in money, but mainly in doing. Our vision: Involvement creates sustainable, valuable results and companies.
