What will you do as a lead developer?
- Developing custom applications for various B2B customers
- Choosing a future-proof architecture that fits customer demand
- Lead projects and be the point of contact for your customers as a tech lead
- Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and standards
- Guiding customers in the Scrum method for a smooth process
- Supporting interns with graduation projects and coaching colleagues in their growth
- Actively share knowledge within the team and beyond
- Develop and communicate a vision on improving development and related topics

- Personal development: budget 2,750 euros per year

- Salary range for senior developer: €4,569.87 – €6,292.73
