Who will you be working with?

You will work in the Accountancy team, where you will work closely with Marjon, Peter or Marja and with a large part of our 30 colleagues. In addition, you will regularly consult with the administration department, the tax department and other assistant accountants such as Masood, Alex and Linda.

Your function

The great thing is that you help determine that! You are at the helm of your further career and development. You are given the space to further expand your own client portfolio, or perhaps to specialize more in, for example, drawing up forecasts. In any case, you have a varied job. You are an important colleague for your fellow accountants at the office. You do compilation work and draw up the associated tax returns. You are also able to work out the more complex structures yourself. You easily switch between your colleagues from, among others, the tax department and payroll administration. You are able to make and present clear reports and show where there is room for improvement within your field of work and professional content. You are given the space!

Who are you and what are you doing right now?

With at least 3-4 years of experience in risk-oriented compilation work for SME companies, you have seen quite a lot by now. You enjoy customer contact, the advice you can provide and the sparring partner you can be for your customers. With your sharp eye, you signal in time and you issue reports that provide clarity for your customer and your colleagues about the financial status of the company. In the meantime, you are also a point of contact for younger colleagues and you guide them in their development.

Who will you be working with?

You will join the Accountancy team, but you will actually be working with a large number of our 30 colleagues. Initially, you will be part of the team of Marjon, Peter, or Marja. For your daily work, you will of course also be working with the administration department, the colleagues from the tax department and you will coordinate with our other assistant accountants (in training) Masood, Alex or Linda.
