The employer
We processes approximately 60,000 annual statements per year, for approximately 5,500 customers. This mainly concerns local SME companies. Together with your fellow payroll specialists and advisors and our account managers, you will optimally support customers with salary and personnel administration. You will bring the possibilities of Loket.nl to the attention of your customers. Exactly matching the wishes of the customer. In addition, you will answer questions and give advice to customers who independently perform their salary processing.

As a Payroll Professional you do this
As a payroll professional, you are the designated person for the payroll and personnel administration of your clients. But that is not all! You also go a step further by offering extra services and support, so that you really pamper the client and take away all worries.
You will be working with us, part of Van Spaendonck in Tilburg. Our customers are in control and we sit next to them to ensure greater efficiency in their salary and HR processes. We havebeen an expert in the field of salary and personnel administration for over 45 years. This years of experience and expertise has been used within Van Spaendonck for the development of Loket.nl, the smart online application for salary and personnel. It will therefore come as no surprise that our uses Loket.nl for salary processing.
Your tasks
- Providing payroll administration for your own clients within various collective labor agreements;
- Advising your clients on how to organize payroll processing more efficiently;
- Early identification of opportunities for your customers to use HR products;
- Supporting clients who independently perform their payroll processing. You do this by answering telephone and written questions about the use of Loket.nl;
- Guiding new clients in building and setting up their administration.
Identifying opportunities and supporting our customers is not something you do alone. Our colleagues are busy expanding our services by advising our customers on HR products. In your role, the emphasis will be on providing the payroll administration of various customers on the one hand and on answering questions from customers about the use of Loket.nl on the other. A dynamic role that requires your customer-oriented approach and experience as a payroll expert. Within the framework of your role as payroll specialist, you will be given the freedom and control options to give substance to this challenging role.
The colleague we are looking for
- Has HBO work and thinking level, preferably through an education focused on HRM – financial administration with at least PDL. A completed VPS education is a plus.
- Has knowledge of and insight into the administrative organization of the Human Resource Management process and the payroll processing system.
- Have relevant work experience that enables you to independently manage the payroll administration of various clients.
We offer you:
- A salary between €2,993 and €4,300, depending on your experience;
- A FT workweek of 36 hours. Are you available for fewer hours? That is certainly negotiable;
- A one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract;
