About the function

As Assistant Controller, you are our financial quarterback, ready to step onto the field and achieve victory! You will work closely with our Controller and other team members to ensure that our financial strategies are as solid as a defense preventing a game-winning touchdown. You will help prepare financial reports, analyze data as if you were scouting the opposition, and you will always be ready to create a tactical plan to achieve victory.

Your qualities

• A winning mentality and a willingness to work as a team to achieve our financial goals (you don’t have to be an Olympic gold medalist, but if you know how to cheer after a win, you’re good!).
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (it doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran in the field or just starting out, as long as you’re ready to score!).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude (we need someone who can coach as well as support a teammate).
• A keen eye for detail, just like a top referee who notices the smallest infractions.
