As a Business Analyst, you translate the wishes, changes or (legislation) obligations into (partly) digital solutions. In order to arrive at these solutions, you are able to analyze the current organization, the associated business processes, information provision and applications and, based on these analyses, draw up a Business Case and/or impact analysis, formulate requirements and ultimately define a roadmap with an MVP and the associated steps to achieve the ultimate goal.
As a Business Analyst, you are not only analytically skilled, but also a real connector within the organization of the client and its stakeholders. You know better than anyone how to remove contradictions and are able to get people on board with your story. In addition, you dare to sell “no”, you have an open mind, you are open to changes and like to think out-of-the-box.

Initially, you are closely connected to the IT department of the client. You work together with the Portfolio Manager, Product Manager, Product Owners and Architects to translate the detailed Business Case or Impact analysis into features that are picked up by the teams with the right prioritization. You are the representative of the stakeholders in this and have a total picture of the assignment. Secondly, you are also in close contact with the other departments of the organization and you take into account the possible impact that the assignment has for them.

Job requirements

What we ask of you

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the past 5 years
• Demonstrable knowledge of BPMN 2 (preferably certified)
• Experience with Agile or SAFE working
