As a Cloud Support Engineer you support our customers by phone and various remote tools. You provide support to our relations at second line level for Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Azure and Private Cloud services. We guarantee that no day at the Service Desk is the same, because we have many different customers, that means; many different networks and systems, different people and different questions! In short; a varied position with plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in a dynamic company where personal attention for employees is a top priority!

Job requirements

Job profile:

• At least MBO work and thinking level
• A completed relevant ICT MBO training at level 3 or 4 is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A proactive and service-oriented attitude
• The ability to keep a cool head and act appropriately in the event of an emergency
