As a Data Engineer, you make a big impact on customers with the answer to this question, so that they can accelerate and be ready for the future. No data environment is too complex for you. You are pleasantly ahead and already map out the route.
About Us
We are a software and technology company with offices in Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Eindhoven and Rotterdam. We employ approximately 200 IT professionals. We are requested by well-known companies such as KLM, Nike and Bol.com and also work for smaller organizations.
We help clients to use technology better by designing and realizing innovative solutions. We do this by carrying out projects and by giving advice. We also develop our own software products. Our work is very diverse. For example, we do cloud migrations for companies such as OHRA, optimize the search engine of Bol.com, develop the cloud environment of Roparun and work on the architecture of the largest educational service provider in the Netherlands.
Job requirements
What do we ask of you?
You will deal with data issues that affect customers in sectors such as education, the energy market, the medical sector and critical infrastructure.
Think of the latter as information from sensors and cameras on roads, viaducts, bridges and locks. So much data that can be used for an incredible amount of things. In a safe and ethical way of course. As an experienced business analyst, you understand the customer’s question. You investigate the current situation, put together a demo and present the first design.
In more detail, you are involved in:
- analyzing the customer’s current data landscape.
- preparing and supervising event storming workshops.
- creating a roadmap and an innovative data strategy, also for the long term.
- building a concept environment for the customer. With our own tools.
- sharing your knowledge with professional colleagues, for example during (online) conferences and events.

- A salary, depending on your knowledge and experience. On top of your salary you will receive a monthly net expense allowance of €75.
