Job requirements
FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
- At least a relevant completed higher professional education
- Minimum 4-5 years demonstrable work experience as Data Engineering
- Has demonstrable consultancy experience and has worked as a Data Engineer with at least 3 clients
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in conceptual and dimensional data modeling
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with cloud architectures
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Scrum, Agile and Devops methods
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with technologies such as Databricks, Spark Structured Streaming and PySpark
- Experience in translating the functional and non-functional wishes of the user into suitable solutions
- Experience in analyzing source data and designing data models
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Data Engineer Consultant, your primary task is to prepare data for analytical or operational use. You are responsible for building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems. You integrate, consolidate, cleanse and structure data before it can be used in analytical applications.
