  • You have completed a higher professional or university education in a technical, exact or analytical field;
  • You have at least 3 years of full-time work experience as a Data Engineer;
  • You don’t shy away from a challenge. In fact, the bigger the better;
  • In addition to being an inquisitive person, you are also technically skilled and always up to date with the latest techniques and tools;
  • You are a master at communication. From conveying professional material to stakeholders to enthusiastically talking about your hobby at Friday afternoon drinks.

Job requirements

Your expertise

  • Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS or GCP;
  • Experience with Data Lake(house) tools such as Databricks or Snowflake;
  • Strong programming skills in Python where you work with unit testing and quality checks;
  • Experience with data processing frameworks such as Spark and Pyspark;
  • You work with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure Pipelines or Tekton on a daily basis;
  • You use containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and Airflow;
  • Experience with building (REST) ​​APIs;
  • SQL and NoSQL databases hold no secrets for you.
