Your role?
- You solve complex IT issues and make systems work as they should.
- You visit customers and are their trusted IT expert on location.
- You implement and configure new ICT solutions and network infrastructures.
- You install and maintain telecom solutions, including VoIP systems and internet connections.
- You think proactively about improvements and make processes more efficient.
A VoIP telephony and IT partner with 15 years of experience and more than 1,200 customers in Belgium.
By calling on our services, your company can count on your telephony and IT environment being in order at all times. We are always responsible for the necessary security updates, proactive management and support.
In addition, we perform the necessary configuration updates, backup follow-up and all kinds of other crucial telephony and IT tasks. This way, you are guaranteed a well-secured and always available company.
Job requirements
What you have in house
- Hunger for knowledge: You want to grow and become better at your job.
- Tech skills: Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking (VPN, firewall, routing), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Telecom.
- A hands-on mentality: You see work, pick it up and solve it.
- Strong communication skills: You know how to put customers at ease and convince them of the best solutions.
- Driving license B: You enjoy being on the road and helping customers.
