What you will do as an HR/Payroll employee
You are the professional who ensures that everything regarding the payroll administration of our clients runs smoothly. You are an important point of contact for clients and colleagues and ensure that we not only work correctly, but also proactively for our clients. This job is dynamic and no day is the same. Putting it all on paper is difficult, but below you will find an overview of your most important tasks:
- Process salaries without errors and on time
- Identify and address deviations in payroll administration
- Answer questions from customers and colleagues about collective labor agreements, pay slips, absenteeism or other HR matters
- Advising clients on inflow, outflow and absenteeism files
- Prepare HR reports and overviews
- Providing information on tax and HR topics
- Participate in internal improvement projects
- Actively thinking along with customers and colleagues about how things can be done better, smarter or easier
You work closely with the HR/wages team leader and, where necessary, consult with the account manager or office director.

What you definitely have at home (and what we consider important)
- An MBO education in personnel administration or an HBO education in HRM/P&A, with some practical experience
- You understand employment conditions and personnel processes
- You have broad knowledge of the HR field
- Experience with Nmbrs? Great! No experience? Then you will learn quickly
- You work accurately and process changes smoothly and without errors
- You communicate clearly, both on paper and in conversations
- You know how to involve colleagues and customers in your advice
