We were founded in 1992 by Alison Smith (UK) and Dennis Grifhorst (NL) and has been helping organizations to set up their office automation as efficiently as possible ever since. The British/Dutch management makes us ideally placed to facilitate Dutch branches of international companies. We help customers with 10 to 250 automated users.

Job requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Track record: A proven track record of successful portfolio and client management.
  • Sales skills: Examples of successful sales campaigns where you were the driving force.
  • Technical insight: The ability to present advanced technical solutions to both
  • technical and non-technical customers within the SME sector (30-300 workstations).
  • Soft skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Marketing affinity: Experience with and understanding of modern marketing tools

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing valuable advice on IT investments.

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with clients and provide them with clear feed during projects
