What are you going to do?

As a payroll & HR employee, you will be working for an ambitious and fast-growing organization. And where there is growth, the HR department certainly does not stand still. You will have a major role in guiding the internal processes. Your dynamic role is very varied, with accuracy and communication being key. For example, you will manage personnel files, draw up contracts and process changes regarding new and old employees, pregnancies, leave requests and changes to employment conditions. You will also draw up periodic reports, for example on sick leave. Within, you will be one of the most beloved colleagues, because you ensure that they receive their salary every month. Whatever administrative action is expected of you, you will arrange it with precision! To complete the picture, you will also be the point of contact for your colleagues on various HR-related matters.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • You have your PDL, experience with Loket is a big plus
  • You are flexible, collaborative and solution-oriented
