Your role as Account Manager As Account Manager, you are the connecting link between our customers and our technical teams. You play a crucial role in the development of secure and sustainable digital infrastructures and have a strong focus on cybersecurity, network platforms and hybrid cloud solutions. Together with our architects and CTO advisors, you work on innovative solutions that optimize the work and service experience of our customers.
We are ‘The people that make IT happen’: the architects of your IT infrastructure. Distinguishes itself through in-depth knowledge of and involvement with customers. Based on this, we can support customers with ‘mission-critical’ IT infrastructures with appropriate IT infrastructure solutions and services that optimally support their business. Specializes in networking, cybersecurity and hybrid cloud.
Job requirements
What are you going to do?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Advising and selling customer-oriented IT solutions, with an emphasis on project and (managed) service business.
- Positioning our SOC (Security Operations Center) and the Service Platform as essential tools for customers.
- Maintaining and strengthening long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with our Advisory and Architecture team to provide customized solutions.
- Actively expand and utilize your network within the IT sector.
What are we looking for in you? We are open to various profiles! Whether you have a commercial or technical background, we are mainly looking for a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in sales or account management within IT. Do you not have a formal IT education but do have experience in the sector and strong customer relationships? Then we definitely want to meet you!
Your profile:
- Customer and service oriented, with a commercial attitude and a passion for digital innovation.
- Experience in the IT sector, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in technical topics and willingness to deepen your knowledge within the Cisco environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
