**Who are we? **

For the customers, We are a Dutch software engineering company established in 2016 offering greenfield and consulting services for e-commerce, banking, transport, cloud management, NGOs and others (Kotlin, React). We employ senior level software engineers with extensive experience in complex environments, excellent interpersonal and project management skills, mastering on average 10 programming languages. Our main customers are: bol.com, ING Group, DHL, Albert Heijn, Malmberg & NS. We know what we’re doing.

We don’t talk about the weather but things like Domain Driven Design, Pragmatic Functional Programming, Cryptocurrencies, Flutter, Killer Interface Patterns, Monorepo, Storybook and other thrilling topics. Our office is located in the centre of Utrecht (Lange Viestraat 2B, Spaces, within walking distance from Utrecht Centraal. Every two weeks we organize the Our Day, where we collaborate on innovative projects. On this day, leading tech leads and software architects from the market share their knowledge. We don’t keep it to ourselves: we like to share with each other and with engineers outside our company at a meetup or by means of a blog post. If you are working on a project on our day and you need more time, you can schedule a hack week. This means working on an open source project together with a colleague for a week or preparing a talk for a conference.

From our office in Utrecht we work on assignments and projects for our customers. Engineers show courage and work together with the customer on the right technical solution. We are known by our customers for taking the lead and coming up with creative solutions for complex issues. It is therefore no surprise that several customers explicitly ask for our engineers. We make the difference on the IT planet.

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years of professional backend engineering experience
• solid experience with Kotlin and other JVM technologies
• strong communication skills
• keen on Agile
• eager to learn
• share knowledge with other software addicts
