What are you going to do?

As a payroll administrator, you will work on the payroll administration of our clients on a daily basis. You are an important link in the process because you ensure that the relevant staff is paid on time and correctly. You process the changes monthly while ensuring that all data is correctly entered in Loket. There is no shortage of challenges because you are constantly switching between various clients and associated collective labor agreements. It is your job to work in a structured manner, to think along with personnel issues and to provide advice using current legislation and regulations. At the same time, you build sustainable client relationships. As a payroll administrator, you manage your own client portfolio, so you always know what is going on with which client. Because you act as a sparring partner, a visit to the client is essential from time to time. This means that you are not only a payroll administrator, but also an advisor.

Your qualities

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, also with Loket
• Extensive experience working with various collective labor agreements, such as at an accountancy firm
• You are proactive, customer and solution oriented
