What you do as a Relationship Manager

In this dynamic role, you are the point of contact for the customer when it comes to strategic issues. In addition, you also know everything about finances and on this basis you make analyses and give appropriate advice. In this way, you help our customers grow as entrepreneurs. You can use modern software tools that are always available to you. By thinking along with the customer on a strategic level, mapping opportunities and risks and looking further than expected, you actively contribute to the success of our customers.

Together with your team, you bring out the best in each other. By learning from each other and working well together, you offer everything the customer can expect from us.

Your profile

  • Education: A completed HBO education in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Dare to be critical (towards colleagues) by asking critical questions.
  • You are able to contribute ideas about strategic choices.
  • You have good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience with modern financial applications is not required, but we would be happy to have it.
