Who will you be working with?
You will work in the Accountancy team, where you will work closely with Marjon, Peter or Marja and with a large part of our 30 colleagues. In addition, you will regularly consult with the administration department, the tax department and other assistant accountants such as Masood, Alex and Linda.
Your role
The great thing is that you help determine that! You are at the helm of your own career. As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for taking care of the payroll administration for a diverse group of clients. You ensure timely and accurate processing of salary data, drawing up pay slips and handling questions and requests from clients.
You find it a challenge to set up your clients’ payroll administrations in such a way that the chance of errors is as small as possible and you can process the payroll as efficiently as possible. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the payroll administration runs smoothly. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to further develop yourself and learn everything about the payroll profession, with the help of experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge with you.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a colleague who has at least an MBO diploma in a relevant field such as payroll administration or finance. In addition, you have a practical diploma in payroll administration, are in the process of obtaining this or want to do this in the short term. Some experience with payroll administration and knowledge of laws and regulations would be a good start.
In addition, you have an eye for detail from your profession and you are able to work accurately. A number more or less on a pay slip makes quite a difference, as you know. Do you have experience with the Nmbrs package? That is a plus. You want to work at least 24 hours a week, but 40 hours is also possible!
