About the role
As Assistant Accountant, you are the administrative jack-of-all-trades who ensures 100 percent customer satisfaction. You strive for growth within the company and enjoy your work. You are someone who does not get stressed easily and has knowledge of the business. You work in a small, professional team in a pleasant and informal atmosphere. We attach great value to independence, satisfaction and progressiveness.
In this role you will also work with investment funds and clients for whom a helicopter view is essential. You will have to perform many changes and be able to maintain an overview and work accurately.
What is our core business? We focus on providing bookkeeping and administration for entrepreneurs in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). We are specialized in compiling annual accounts and work with various investment funds for which we prepare the annual accounts. In addition, we have an audit team that is responsible for the audit of these annual accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Providing financial administration for our clients.
- Preparation of annual accounts and tax returns.
- Advising clients on financial matters.
- Support in drawing up budgets and forecasts.
- Working with colleagues to provide the best service to our customers.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of our services.
- Managing investment fund administrations and carrying out frequent changes with a helicopter view.
To demand
- A completed financial education at MBO or HBO level.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of financial software and Excel.
- Accurate and proactive working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Customer-oriented attitude and the drive to always achieve the best results.
