As the first point of contact for our customers when using their network, you support customers with product-related and technical questions.

It is a challenging, varied function. You come into contact with all aspects of networks and business processes. You do everything you can for a satisfied customer, because you listen well, take initiative and are decisive. You take responsibility to realize or find a qualitative solution as quickly as possible. You seek help from a colleague immediately if necessary.

As a service desk employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. Strong communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language are therefore a must.

Job requirements

  • Remote management of networks (monitoring, securing, providing backups)
  • Accepting, registering and processing support tickets
  • Answering user questions
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Emergency jobs, such as picking up or removing broken equipment
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Helping with projects
  • Assist with security implementations
