For our existing and new customers, you install, manage and optimize all our common ICT solutions. The function of Service Engineer is a very versatile function where you get many opportunities to develop yourself. There are plenty of opportunities for growth! You will work in the ICT Projects & Services team with fellow Service Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Network Engineers and Project Engineers. You learn from them, they learn from you! One day you support your fellow infrastructure engineer with a delivery, the next day you start the day by solving internet issues, then you drive to a customer to install a new workplace. You end the day with weekly planned management at yet another customer. So you visit many different customers. Because you easily adapt to different companies and people, you always ensure that you leave the customer well informed and of course that everything works.

Job requirements

Job profile:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• MBO level 4 work and thinking level;
• Knowledge and experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows Server. VMWare and Veeam backup software is a plus, it is not a requirement to have worked with all these products/systems;
• A service-oriented, solution-oriented attitude;
• In addition, you have good (oral and written) communication skills and you know how to explain ICT-related matters to people in an understandable way.
