1. Develop solutions
- Consult with customers/prospects to understand requirements and evaluate whether they fit qualitatively within our architecture.
- Designing customized solutions and integrations according to technical guidelines.
- Determine how external systems connect via APIs and integrations.
- Defining technical scope and specifications for efficient development and maintenance.
2. Sales Support
- Advising customers and prospects on customization and integrations.
- Drafting high-level technical plans and proposals.
- Presenting technical possibilities and limitations.
- Assessing commercial opportunities and technical feasibility.
3. Collaboration with Implementation Team
- Transferring clear specifications to developers.
- Act as a technical point of contact during implementation.
- Ensuring efficiency, reusability and maintainability of solutions.
- Validating and adjusting technical choices.
- Monitoring quality and intervening in case of bottlenecks.
4. Partner Manager Support
- Designing strategic integrations with external systems.
- Guiding partners in implementation.
- Monitoring consistency and quality in integrations.
- Support in using our API and plugins.

Job requirements.
Technical skills:
- Software Architecture & Integrations – Experience designing scalable software solutions, including API integrations and plug-in architectures.
- APIs and Web Services – In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks and event-driven architectures.
- Cloud and SaaS Architecture – Experience with cloud-based software (AWS) and multi-tenant architectures.
- Programming Languages – Extensive programming experience, thorough knowledge of PHP
- Database knowledge – Experience with relational databases.
- DevOps & CI/CD – Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Git and automated deployment pipelines.
- Security & Compliance – Understanding GDPR, data security and access control mechanisms.**
