As a system engineer with a focus on monitoring, you are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all Windows servers, and for supporting the entire infrastructure (servers, blade centers, storage, etc.). In addition, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of one or more platforms for monitoring.

Job requirements

You are responsible for

  • Analyzing new monitoring requests;
  • Performing instrumentation of the monitoring;
  • Providing advice to project managers, team leads and architects on technological and functional choices regarding monitoring;
  • Analyzing the performance of the information system;
  • Monitoring and updating the configuration and architecture of the information systems;
  • 3rd line support.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Git is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server technologies such as SQL, DNS, Exchange, …
  • A healthy interest in Citrix XenApp, ITIL, Microsoft Hyper-V, scripting for automation and security concepts is a nice plus.
