Job description

The Workspace Consultant is responsible for advising and implementing workplace solutions for clients. Your knowledge of the Microsoft suite and the modern workplace enables you to come up with solutions that make an impact on the client. Not only in the short term, but certainly also in the long term. You convert concepts into concrete proposals. You are flexible and can easily adapt to the methods used by a client. As a Workspace Consultant, you work on location at the client, at the office or from home. In addition, you support the Managed Services team in improving the service provision from your point of view.

Job requirements

Knowledge and experience

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • Relevant certification such as an Office of Azure associate or expert badge;
  • Excellent knowledge of products such as Intune, System Center Suite, and Microsoft 365;
  • Experience and knowledge with Teams, PowerApps and PowerAutomate. PowerShell is a plus.
  • Ability to translate and apply concepts into practice;
  • Customer and solution oriented;
  • Experience with ITIL processes;
  • Able to work independently and on a project basis;
  • You are able to coach your customers and colleagues.
